Around 40 pounds of 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb. All the cuts in one box. Leg roasts, lamb-chops, spare ribs, shanks, shoulder roasts, stew meat, and ground – an assortment of versatile cuts. This is the most economical way to purchase pasture-raised and nutrient-dense lamb for you and your family. You’ll need ~1.3 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole-lamb.

$12 per pound. This reflects the total price and is based on the weight of the boxed lamb cuts.

Lamb can be picked up from our butcher (Cascade, WI), from our farm, or delivered to your door (added fee).

This $50 deposit reserves your slot for our October 2025 lamb harvest. The remaining balance will be billed upon pickup. We will reach out in September to coordinate pickup.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Fox Valley (Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna), Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
