Short on freezer space or new to cooking with lamb? Our lamb sampler pack is perfect for you.

Around 8 pounds of 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb. Each sampler pack includes two pounds of ground lamb, one pound of stew meat, one pack of lamb chops (4 chops), one ~3 lb leg or shoulder roast, and one lamb shank.

Lamb can be picked up from our farm or delivered to your door (added fee).

Lamb availability is seasonal and will be available again October 2025.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Fox Valley (Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna), Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
